This video is about a very famous street food – layered bread called Veechu Paratha . It is very popular in Tamil Nadu, Kerala and all over south India and also neighbouring countries like Sri Lanka, Malaysia, Singapore etc. There are so many variations like bun Paratta, Ceylon Paratta, Lappa, egg parotta or mogulai Paratta and also kothu paratta using this recipe as base. Parotta can accompanied with vegetable Kurma, chicken Salna, Mutton Curry or any other coconut based thin gravy.
