This rice got a very fragrant and Unique Texture and also in Taste .we have prepared In Big pot over wood Fire.

Ingredients for Mutton Biryani

Seeraga Samba Rice – 1 Kg
Ginger – 2 big Pieces
Garlic – 2 whole Parts
Green Chillies – 10 to 12
Groundnut Oil – 100 ml
Onion – 3 No’s
Tomato – 6 no’s
Salt – To Taste
Mutton – 1 1/2 Kg
Turmeric powder – 1 Tsp
Chilli Powder – 1 1/2 Tbsp
Coriander leaves – 1 bunch
Mint Leaves – 1 bunch
Curd – 275 ml
Milk – 40 ml
Lemon – 1/2 no
Ghee -50 ml
Water – 1 1/2 litres

Tempering
Cardamom – 6 no’s
Cloves – 8 no’s
Cinnamon – 4 no’s
Fennel – 1 Tbsp
Star Anise – 4 no’s
Bay Leaf – 3 no’s
Marathi moggu – 3 no’s
Stone Flower – few Pieces
