Goat / Lamb brain – 6 No’s
Shallots – 1 cup
Ginger – 1 piece
Garlic – 7 – 8 No’s
Green Chillies – 5 – 6 No’s
Curry leaves – 3 Sprigs
Tomatoes – 2 No’s
Cumin seeds – 3/4 Tbsp
Pepper corns – 1 Tbsp
Turmeric powder – 1/2 Tsp
Chilli Powder – 1 Tbsp
Coriander Powder – 1 1/2 Tbsp
Coriander Leaves – 2 Sprigs

Tempering

Fennel seeds – 1/2 Tsp
Cardamom – 2 No’s
Cloves – 3 No’s
Cinnamon – 1
Bay leaves – 1
Star Aniseed- 1
