This fish fry is very easy to make at the same time tastes awesome & also nutritious because it’s loaded with protein and omega 3. Only required 6 ingredients and you can prepare this dish in a quick time. We have prepared this fish fry using homemade curry powder cooked by shallow frying method.

Ingredients for Vanjaram Fry

King fish / Vanjaram – 700 gm
Ginger garlic paste – 1 Tbsp
Turmeric – 1/2 Tsp
Kulambu Powder / Curry Powder – 3 Tbsp
Chilli powder – 3/4 Tbsp
Lemon – 1 no
Salt – To Taste
Oil – 50 ml
