Kothu Kari Masala | Mutton Keema | Keema Mutter is a delicious spicy recipe prepared with Minced mutton. This dish can be cooked with fresh homemade spice masala and can be prepared in 30 mins. Mutton mince cooked with fresh green peas, if you wish you can add vegetables like potatoes, bitter guard and chick peas as well. It is a very well accompaniment for Poori, Idly, chappathi, Dosa, Appam, idiappam, and also butter toasted bread or pav bun with bit of Cheese which will be finger licking and unstoppable.

Ingredients For Kothu Kari Masala

Mutton Mince – 500 gms
Onion – 2
Green chillies – 2- 3 No’s
Ginger garlic paste – 1 Tbsp
Tomatoes – 2 No’s
Turmeric – 1 Tsp
Salt – To Taste
Coriander Seeds – 2 Tbsp
Cumin seeds – 3/4 Tbsp
Pepper corns – 3/4 Tbsp
Red chillies – 6 – 8 No’s
Curry leaves – 2 Sprigs
Coriander & Mint leaves – 2 sprigs
Green Peas – 1 cup

Tempering

Fennel seeds – 1 Tsp
Bay leaves – 1
Stone flower- few pieces
Cardamom – 3 No’s
Cloves – 5 No’s
Cinnamon – 2 Sticks
