Mutton – 1 Kg
Turmeric powder – 1 Tsp
Salt – To taste
Ginger Garlic paste – 1 1/2 Tbsp
Shallots – 135 gems
Curry leaves – 2 sprigs
Coriander – 1 spring
Chilli powder – 1 Tsp
Coriander – 2 Tsp

Sukka Masala

Coriander Seeds – 1 Tbsp
Red Chillies – 4
Jeera – 1/2 Tbsp
Pepper – 1 Tbsp

Tempering
