This recipe is an indo-Chinese style, tasty, very spicy and tempting dish called Spicy Chicken Wings . This dish can be served as a starter and easy to serve. I have cut the chicken Wings into Drumettes and Wingette. Marinate with the spices, flour & then fried crisp. Finally it is tossed with garlic and pungent Szechuan chilli sauce, honey, soy sauce, pepper, dash of lemon and coriander before removing from fire. It is also called buffalo wings.

Ingredients For Spicy Chicken Wings

Chicken Wings – 6 No’s (shoulder & Wings) / (Drumettes and Wingette.)
Ginger garlic paste – 1/2 Tbsp
Chilli powder – 1/2 Tbsp
Salt – To Taste
Egg – 1 No
Pepper Powder – 1 Tsp
Corn Flour – 1 Tbsp
Plain Flour – 1 1/2 Tbsp
Oil – for fry
Soy sauce – 1/2 Tbsp

For Tossing

Chopped Garlic -1 Tbsp
Chopped Shallots – 2 Tbsp
Slant cut Red chillies – 5 To 6 No
Szechuan Chilli Paste – 2 Tbsp
Pepper Powder – 2 Tsp
Salt – To Taste
Honey – 1/2 Tbsp
Soy Sauce -1/2 Tbsp
Chopped spring onion leaves – 1 Tbsp
Coriander leaves – 2 Sprigs
Lemon – 1/2 no
