This video is about a very simple, healthy and a household Gujarati recipe called methi thepla. This dish is well renowned and easy to make dish. This dish goes well with raitha, pickle, lentils and all kind of different vegetables. This is also a very handy recipe to have while travelling.

Ingredients For Methi thepla

Wheat flour – 2 cups
Fenugreek leaves – 1 cup
Basin flour – 2 Tbsp
Green chilli (chopped) – 3 no’s
Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
Chilli powder – 1 tsp
Ajwain – 1/4 tsp
Salt – to taste
Oil – 3 Tbsp
