Ingredients For Karuvattu Kulambu

Neil meen Karuvadu or Seer dry fish – 4 pieces
Anchovies Dry fish or Nethili Karuvadu – 2 Hand Full
Shallots – 30 No’s
Garlic – 15 No’s
Green Chillies – 5 No’s
Curry leaves – 2 Sprigs
Tomatoes – 5 No’s
Turmeric – 1/2 Tsp
Chilli Powder – 1 1/2 Tbsp
Kulambu podi – 4 1/2 Tbsp
Brinjal – 4 No’s
Butter beans Boiled – 2 Handful
Raw mangoes – 1/3 No
Salt – To Taste
Tamarind – 1 Lemon Size
Jaggory – 10 Gm

Mustard – 1 Tsp
Fennel seeds – 1/2 Tsp
Gingelly oil – 50 ml
