Ingredients For Bagara Baingan

Brinjal – 1 Kg
Onion – 2 No’s 
Tomato – 3 No’s 
Green Chillies – 17 No’s 
Oil – 150 ml
Peanut – 225 gm
White sesame – 100 gm
Grated Copra – 120 gm
Cashew nuts – 75 gm
Turmeric – 1/2 Tbsp 
Kashmiri Chilli Powder – 1 Tbsp 
Coriander Powder – 2 Tbsp
Ginger Garlic Paste – 1 1/2 Tbsp
Curry Leaves – 4 Sprigs 
Coriander leaves – 2 sprigs 
Salt – To Taste 
Tamarind – lemon size
Roasted Cumin Powder – 1 Tbsp
Jaggery – 25 gm

Tempering

Red chillies – 3 No’s 
Mustard – 1 Tsp
Fenugreek – 1/2 Tsp
Cumin – 1 Tsp
