This Video is about the popular Kerala style raw red coconut Chutney which is very simple and tasty household recipe served with Kanji, steamed rice, idly and Dosa. It can be prepared with very minimal ingredients, quite thick in consistency and does not require tempering at all .

Ingredients For Thenga Chammanthi Chutney

Coconut – 1/2 Grated
Shallots – 4-5 No’s
Ginger – 1 small piece
Curry leaves – 1 Sprig
Salt – To Taste
Raw Mango – 4 – 5 pieces
Tamarind – marble size
Coconut oil – 1 Tsp
Red Chillies – 8 – 10 No’s
