Description This video is about very famous street food chaat dish called Pani Poori . The Poories called puchakas | Golgoppa . It’s a traditional version of Indian molecular cuisine. This poori is filled with spiced potatoes stuffing along with boiled chickpeas sprouted green moong lentils,filled with spiced power packed water called pani’ . This water got a sweet sour,spicy and also got a astringent taste .

Ingredients

For Poori
Rava – 1 cup
Maida – 3 Tbsp
Salt – To taste

For Pani

Mint leaves – a big hand full
Coriander leaves – A hand full
Ginger – 2 small piece
Green chillies – 2
Raw mangoes – 4 pieces
Jaggery – little
Tamarind – small gooseberry size
Chaat Masala – 1.5 Tsp
Cumin Powder – 1 Tbsp
Black salt – 1/2 Tsp
Lemon – 1/2

For stuffing

Boiled potatoes – 2
Chilli powder – 1 Tsp
Roasted Cumin Powder – 1 Tsp
Chaat Masala – 1 Tsp
Chapped onions – little ( Optional )
Chopped coriander
Salt – To taste
Lemon – 1/2
