This rice got a very fragrant and Unique Texture and also in Taste & good digestion. We have made this mutton biryani for 30 to 35 people .

Ingredient

Seeraga Samba Rice – 4 Kg
Ginger – 5 big Pieces
Garlic – 7 whole Parts
Green Chillies – 15 to 20
Groundnut Oil – 150 ml
Onion – 7 No’s
Tomato – 15 no’s
Salt – To Taste
Mutton – 4 Kg
Turmeric powder – 1 1/2 Tsp
Chilli Powder – 4 Tbsp
Coriander leaves – 3 bunch
Mint Leaves – 5 bunch
Curd – 800 ml
Milk – 200 ml
Lemon – 100 ml
Ghee – 250 ml
Water – 6 litres

Tempering

Cardamom – 15 no’s
Cloves – 20 no’s
Cinnamon – 12 no’s
Fennel – 3 Tbsp
Star Anise – 10 no’s
Bay Leaf – 8 no’s
Stone Flower – 1 handful
