For curry leaves podi

Curry leaves – 3 handful
Channa Dal – 2.5 Tbsp
Urad Dal – 1.5 Tbsp
Cumin seeds – 1/2 Tsp
Pepper- 1/2 Tsp
Fenugreek – 1/4 Tsp
Coriander seeds – 1.5 Tbsp
Dry Chillies – 8 to 10 no’s
Hing – 1/4 Tsp
