This dish is very tempting and healthy too . It is one of the special dish during special occasion and festival time . It goes very will with onion or cucumber raita.

Basmati Rice – 2 1/2 cups
Carrot – 2
Beans- 8
Cauliflower – 1/2
Green Peas – 1/2 cup
Coconut milk – 3 1/2 cups
Bread slices
Onion – 1
Green chillies – 7 to 8 no’s
Tomatoes – 3 no’s
Oil – 25 ml
Ghee – 40 ml
Bay leaves – 3
Cardamom – 4
Cloves – 6
Cinnamon – 4
Stone Flower – little
Fennel – 1 Tsp
Mint – 1 hand full
Ginger garlic paste – 1 1/2 Tbsp
Curd – 1 1/4 Tbsp
Turmeric powder – 1/2 Tsp
Salt – To taste
Lemon – 1/2
Coriander leaves – 1 hand full
