This video is about healthy and tasty dish called Aval (Poha ) Payasam .it can be prepared during festival like Krishna Jayanthi and any other special occasion . Aval payasam is made traditionally by using jaggery, milk, ghee and nuts.

Aval (Poha) – 100 gm
Ghee – 2 Tbsp
Cashews – 40 gm
Milk – 1 lit
Cardamom – 6 to 7
Jaggery- 8 no’s
Salt – a pinch
