Chargrilled Salmon marinated with Kaffir lime leaves ,coriander,mint ,curd / yoghurt and honey. Salmon is a delicate fish ,marinated with shuttle spices, not spicy and then cooked on fire . Salmon is known for good source of protein and omega 3 fatty acids. It is good for Pregnant women, nursing mothers, kids and adults. Normally Salmon is eaten raw in Japan . Make sure never overcook the salmon . Kaffir lime leaves has got a peculiar flavour which is normally used in Thai and other Asian cuisine. This recipe is healthy ,modern ,innovative at the same time very taste too, which we never get bored off.

Ingredients For Grilled Kaffir Lime leaves Salmon

Salmon portion size cutlets – 2 No’s 
Coriander leaves – 3 sprigs 
Mint leaves – 6 leaves only 
Baby spinach – 12 – 15 leaves 
Green chillies- 3 – 4 No’s 
Lemon – 1 no
Salt – To Taste 
Kaffir lime leaves – 5 No’s 
Yogurt – 1 1/2 Tsp
Honey – 3/4 Tsp
Oil – 1 Tsp
