Curry leaves – 1 Spring

Tempering

Gingelly Oil – 35 ml
Cardamom – 3 no’s
Cinnamon – 2 sticks
Cloves – 4 No’s
Bay leaf – 1 no
Star Aniseed – 2 No
Stone Flower – few Pieces
Shallots – 10 No’s
Garlic – 6 No’s
Onion Sliced – 1 No
Tomato – 3 No’s
Rock Salt – To Taste
Turmeric – 1 1/2 Tsp
Mutton with Few Bones – 600 Gm
