This recipe is an easy and delicious shark scramble / sura puttu prepared with a few house hold minimal ingredients. This simple preparation involves steaming the fish in idly pot which help to retain the nutrients intact. Also using more garlic and shallots which make it mouth watering. The kids will be attracted to this dish because no fear of the bones in this dish. This is actually truely awesome and healthy for the nursing mothers.

Ingredients For Sura Puttu

Shark Fish ( boneless ) – 1.5 kg
Turmeric- 1 Tbsp
Salt – to taste
Fennel seed – 3/4 Tbsp
Shallots – 300 g
Garlic – 100 g
Ginger – 40g
Green chilli – 8 no’s
Pepper powder – 1 Tbsp
Curry leaves – 3 sprig
Coriander leaves- 2 sprig
Lemon – 1 no’s
