Kulambu podi – 3.5 Tbsp 
Chilli Powder – 3/4 Tbsp
Salt – To Taste 
For Tempering
Gingelly oil
Mustard seeds – 3/4 Tsp
Fenugreek – 1/4 Tsp 
Dry Chillies – 3
Hing – 1/4 tsp
Curry leaves – 2 springs
