This video is about everyones favourite evening time snacks called Onion Pakoda. This recipe is very simple and delicious, it can be prepared with simple household ingredients. It is very popular in the tea shops. It is served with tea or coffee specially in the rainy season or hill stations and is unstoppable.

Ingredients For Onion Pakoda

Onion – 2 No’s
Green chillies – 4 to 5 no’s
Curry leaves – 7 to 8 pieces
Coriander leaves – 1 spring
Garlic – 4 pods
Chilli powder – 1 tsp
Fennel seeds – 1/2 Tsp
Broken Cashew nuts – 10 to 15 Pieces
Rice flour – 2 Tbsp
Gram flour – 4 to 5 Tbsp
Salt – To Taste
Hot oil – 1 1/2 Tbsp
Oil – for frying
