This video is about a very simple and tasty road side tea shop snack called onion bonda. This dish can be prepared with very few ingredients in a quick time. It’s generally served with tea or coffee and eaten as an evening time snack.

Basin flour – 1 cup
Rice flour – 1/2 cup
Salt – to taste
Hing – 1/2 tsp
Baking Soda – 1/2 tsp
Onion – 2 no’s
Green chillies – 4 no’s
Curry leaves – 2 sprig
Fennel seeds – 1 tsp
Chilli powder – 1 1/2 tsp
Chopped Ginger – 2 tbsp
Freshly coriander
Oil – for frying
