This video is about a very famous Chettinad style dry mutton preparation called mutton Uppu Kari. It’s made with shallots, garlic, round red chillies and pepper. This is a very simple with a very delicious taste. This is how country style mutton is made.

Ingredients
Mutton – 1 1/4 kg  
Shallots – 25 to 30 no’s 
Garlic  – 15 to 20 no’s 
Tomato – 1 no 
Pepper powder – 1 Tbsp
Dry round red chillies – 15 to 18 no’s 
Cinnamon stick – 3 pieces 
Fennel seed – 1 tsp
Currry leaves – 2 sprig 
Ginger-garlic paste – 1 Tbsp
