This video is about a very quick and tasty tiffin recipe using rice bottle gourd called sorkkai or bottle gourd dosa. Soak the raw rice for rice and then blend with bottle gourd with ginger and chilies and then add chopped onion, curry leaves and coriander leaves made into a dosa. This batter doesn’t need any fermentation. This is a very tasty simple and instant household recipe which is at the same time very healthy in a way that reduces the salt in our body/ lose weight.
