This video is about a very famous North Indian dish called dahi behalla. It’s got a very appetising sweet and sour taste ,served cold in summer times . It made of urad Dal dumplings toped with sweetened yogurt and drizzled with mint and tamarind chutney ,finally sprinkled with spice powders like chat Masala,black salt ,roasted cumin powder and chilli powder . variation can be made according to your taste buds .

Ingredients For Dahi bhalla

Urad Dhal – 200 g
Curd – 1/4 litre
Sugar – 75 to 100 g
Black salt – 1/2 tsp
Chopped ginger – 1 1/2 Tsp
Green chilli – 2 to 3 No’s
Pepper – 1/4 Tsp
Cumin – 1/4 Tsp
Curry leaves – 2 sprigs
Coriander leaves – sprigs
Hing – 1/4 Tsp
Salt – to taste
Oil – for frying
