This video is about World famous kids favourite dish called Crispy Potato wedges . We can make this dish in two ways ,either baking or deep frying. In western countries people have this dish with Pizzas and Burgers. Potatoes are usually seasoned with a variety of spices, commonly chilli powder, salt and pepper.Baked potato wedges are healthy snack option for kids .

Potatoes ( Mealy ) – 7 no’s

For Roasting

Garlic – 1 pod
Chilli flakes – 1/2 Tbsp
Mixed herbs – pinch
Pepper crusted – 1/2 Tsp
Salt – To taste
Chilli powder – pinch
Olive oil – 2 Tbsp

For frying

Maida – 1/2 cup
Corn flour – 1/2 cup
Chilli powder – 1 Tsp
Chilli Flakes – 1 Tsp
Mixed herbs – 1/2 Tsp
Salt – To Taste
Pepper powder
Oil for frying
