This video is about a very famous South Indian dish made of banana stem called vazhai thandu Kootu . Vazhai thandu Kootu is a very healthy dish and also very fibre rich. This dish’s best accompaniment is rice and variety’s of Side curries like kuzhambu. You can find that this is very flavourful, creamy and tasty. You can find this Kootu in the southern part of Indian in Tamilnadu.

Moong Dhal – 1/2 cup
Turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp
