This video is about Tasty finger millet vada called Ragi vada. This vada is very easy and quick to make.we added drumstic leaves and shallots in this is a healthy snacks option for kids.

Ragi flour – 2 cups
Tamarind – small gooseberry size
Shallots – 15 no’s
Green Chillies – 4 No’s
Curry leaves – 2 sprigs
Gingelly oil – 2 Tbsp
Mustard seeds – 1 Tsp
Channa Dal – 1/2 Tsp
Urad Dal – 1 Tsp
Salt – To Taste
Oil – For Frying
