This Dosa is made from finger millets called Ragi ,it is rich in fiber that helps with weight loss and diabetes.It’s packed with calcium, good carbs, ammino acids and Vitamin D. This dosa is very delicious , it goes ver well with idli chilli powder , sambar,chutney .

Ragi flour – 2 cups
Raw rice – 1/2 cups
Butter milk – 1 cup
Onion – 1 no
Green chillies – 3 no’s
Curry leaves – 2 sprigs
Coriander – 2 sprigs
Salt – To taste Oil
