This video is about a village style traditional recipe using finger millet called Ragi drumstick leaf adai. It’s a very heathly recipe yet it is also very tasty . Due the usage traditional grains also the drumstick used gives iron and other vitamins which is why it’s even healthier while it’s very tasty!

Ragi flour – 2 1/2 cup
Drumstick leaves – 2 handful
Salads – 6 to 8 no’s
Green chilli – 3 no’s
Curry leave – 2 sprig
Salt – to taste
Oil – for cooking
Mustard – 1/2 tsp
Urad dhal – 1 1/4 tsp
