This video is about a very famous chettinadu tiffin and snack dish called velai paniyaram. It’s made with raw rice and urad dhal generally served with very spicy melaga thoviyal called chilli chutney. The rice and urad dhal batter are soaked for an hour no need for fermentation you can make it immediately. It is a very tasty and quick snack to make at home using household ingredients.
