This video is about a savoury small millets, lentil and drumstick leaves South Indian pancake called Thinai murungai Keerai Adai. In this recipe we have used traditional small millets called thinai which is more healthy and nutritious. We have used high proteinious and natural iron content drumstick leaves. It’s very tasty, delicious and healthy which is also a remedy for non – communicable, which is generally served with butter and jaggery.

Ingredients:
Thinai – 1 cup
 Channa Dhal – 1/2 cup
 Toor Dhal – 1/2 cup
 Moong Dhal – 1/4 cup
 Urad Dhal – 2 Tbsp
 Shallots – 15 no’s 
 Curry leaves – 2 sprig 
 Salt – to taste 
 Red chillies – 8 to 10 no’s 
 Hing – 1/4 tsp
 Drumstick leaves –  2 handful
 Butter – 3 Tbsp
 Jaggery – 3 Tbsp
