This dish can be prepared using roasted vermicelli along with vegetables according to your taste choice, this can be prepared in the short span of time. Which can be eaten during any part of the meal. This is accompanied with coconut chutney.

Ingredients For Semiya Kichadi

Oil – 25 ml
Ghee – 25 ml
Mustard seed – 1/2 tsp
Channa dhal – 1 1/2 tsp
Urad dhal – 1 1/2 tsp
Fennel seed – 1 tsp
Green chilli – 6 to 8 no’s
Sliced Garlic – 5 to 6 no’s
Curry leaves – 2 sprig
Chopped Ginger – Tbsp
Chopped Onion – 1 no’s
Small diced Potatoes – 1 no’s
Beans – 7 to 8 no’s
Carrot – 1 no’s
Fresh Green peas – 1/4 cup
Tomato- 1 1/2 no’s
Salt – to taste
Roasted vermicelli – 2 cups
Roasted Semolina – 2 Tbsp
Fresh coriander leaves – 2 sprig
Water – 4 cups
