Ingredients

Horse gram – 100 gram
Tomatoes – 2
Tamarind – gooseberry size
Turmeric – 1 Tsp
Salt – To taste

Red chillies – 2 no’s
Coriander seed – 1 Tbsp
Cumin seeds – 3/4 Tbsp
Pepper- 3/4 Tbsp

Tempering

Gingelly oil – 1 1/2 Tbsp
Mustard seeds – 3/4 Tsp
Dry chillies – 3
Hing – 1/4 Tsp
Curry leaves – 2 Sprigs
Coriander leaves – 2 sprigs
